Where we ship

We ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APO/FPO addresses. We do not ship anywhere else at the moment.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum and no threshold to reach. The price you see on the product page is the price you pay, plus any sales tax that applies in your state, shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. An order placed over a weekend leaves on the next business day.

Delivery time

Delivery usually takes 5 to 8 business days once the parcel has been dispatched. The date range shown on the product page and at checkout covers preparation and transit together. Carrier delays, weather and peak periods can add a few days.

If we cannot ship on time

If we cannot ship within the time stated at checkout, or within 30 days where no time was stated, we will email you, give you a revised date, and offer you the choice to wait or to cancel for a full refund. This follows the U.S. Federal Trade Commission Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as the parcel leaves. You can also follow it from the Track my order page. Tracking can take up to 48 hours to show its first scan.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please check your address before you pay. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we contact you and reship once at no extra cost. A second reshipment on the same order is chargeable.

Lost or stolen parcels

If tracking shows delivered and you have not received the parcel, contact us within 7 days of the delivery scan at contact@riseandshape.com. We open an investigation with the carrier and, depending on the outcome, reship or refund.

Damaged in transit

If the parcel or the item arrives damaged, photograph it before you throw anything away and email us within 30 days of delivery. See our Refund policy for what happens next.
